Tiffani Scalzo

I’ve been following Jesus for as long as I can remember, but the most significant shift in my faith came through an invitation to sit in silence with him. Though I’d spent my life talking to God, I rarely paused long enough to hear him speak. Making space to just “be” with the Lord opened up a deeper awareness of his presence, and I began to encounter him in uniquely personal ways. Recognizing that the Creator of the universe was actively engaging with me in everyday moments brought new life to my faith. Wanting to help others experience the same transforming power of God’s presence, I pursued training in spiritual direction through PAX Center for Spiritual Formation.

My journey into mental health coaching grew naturally out of my work in spiritual direction. As I learned more about the complex ways our emotional and spiritual well-being intersect, I felt called to expand my training so I could offer more informed support to those navigating grief, trauma and other challenges.

When I’m not meeting with clients, I’m likely channeling my creativity through design and writing or spending time with my husband and our twin daughters. I’m a dreamer who loves bringing new ideas to life, and I truly believe that nothing is impossible with God.

Lynndsi Musacchio

For nearly a decade, I’ve worked in care navigation and social services, supporting Holocaust survivors and other older adults and their families through complicated health needs, healthcare systems, financial challenges and major life transitions.

As a health coach, I combine my professional experience with a genuine passion for helping people understand their bodies, develop healthier routines, and take an active role in their well-being. My personal health journey has shaped my perspective and fueled my passion to support those who are struggling and praying for a breakthrough.

I approach wellness from a Christ-centered perspective, recognizing that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. Caring for our physical, mental and emotional health is one way we can honor the bodies God has entrusted to us. My goal is to help you cultivate healthy habits not simply for the sake of appearance or performance, but as an intentional part of caring for yourself and honoring God.

Outside of my work, I enjoy exploring new hiking trails, sipping on a good cup of coffee and spending quality time with family and friends. I am especially fascinated with the neuroscience of how God wired our brains for change.
